  • All tea is from the Camillia Senisis plant and all teas have anti-oxident properties. Green teas are not oxidized - that is they are minimally processed and not exposed to are after picking. Green teas have the fresh, green flavor of the leaf and retain all the health benefits. Black teas are oxidized which dries the leaves and gives them the distinctive astringent flavor that most westerners associate with tea. Oolong tea is partially oxidized. While some of the anti-oxidents and other healthful elements are lost in the processing; black and oolong teas still have many health benefits. Teas are available in pound bags, 8 ounce bags, and 4 ounce bags. A few are available in smaller amounts.
