Yerba Mate

This South American traditional herb tea is energizing and refreshing. Mate is another herb purported to have health benefits. It is good blended with other herbs and dried fruit. Yerba Mate contains caffeine. Some people claim that caffeine in Mate affects them differently than that in coffee and tea however, chemically caffeine in coffee, tea and Yerba Mate is the same.
